Mindfulness practice can support us through many of life’s challenges. One of the most helpful is learning to work with habits of difficult thinking.
At times, we can all feel taken over by thoughts of doubt, frustration, fear, sadness, or diminished self-worth. Being able to practice new ways of being with these experiences can begin the process of finding freedom from their strong influence.
In this workshop, we will delve into working mindfully with thoughts by highlighting some of the common habits that show up, learn how to use mindfulness to begin to create new relationships to these habits, and discuss and apply actionable ways we can begin to untangle from them.
This workshop is open to both new and experience practitioners.
