Mindfulness is a practice to share with anyone who possesses the willingness and interest to be in the moment, no matter their age.

John has worked with children of all ages in both classrooms and individually, providing them with the fundamentals of mindfulness through workshops and multi-week programs. Having seen the positive impact of mindfulness on students first hand, John is enthusiastic to share this empowering tool with anyone interested.
