Day of Mindfulness – A New Year of Practice – Discount Page


As the New Year begins, join us for this extended period of practice aimed at building a strong foundation for your mindfulness journey in the new chapter of 2021. These sessions are designed to give a more extensive experience than a typical 1-hour class and will allow for the extra time and space to engage and settle more deeply. Doing so can often be extremely restorative, insightful, and inspiring.

During this time together we will be practicing mindfulness in a variety of ways, including sitting meditation, walking meditation, relational mindfulness discussion, mindful eating, as well as exploring the practice of setting mindful intentions for the year ahead.

This is open to both beginners as well as more experienced practitioners and the schedule will include time for breaks and lunch.
